Everything you need to know about ordering on Gorge.

Ordering
Browse vendors near you on the map or list, click on a vendor to see their menu, add items to your cart, choose a tip, and pay with your card or Apple Pay. You'll get a pickup code and order confirmation immediately.
Yes — all orders are currently pickup only. Head to the vendor's location when your order is ready. Delivery is coming soon!
You'll get a real-time notification, a sound alert, and an email when your order is ready. The tracking page updates live — you can watch your order go from Pending → Confirmed → Preparing → Ready.
Your pickup code is a 4-digit number shown on your order confirmation and tracking page. Show it to the vendor when you arrive to pick up your food.
Yes — there's a note field in the cart before you place your order. Use it for allergies, customizations, or any special instructions for the vendor.
Currently you can only have one active order at a time. Complete or pick up your current order before placing a new one from a different vendor.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
No hidden fees. You pay exactly the price shown on the menu. Gorge takes a 10% fee from the vendor's payout — not added on top of your total. Tips are optional and go 100% to the vendor.
You can add a tip of 10%, 15%, 20%, or a custom amount before placing your order. 100% of your tip goes directly to the vendor — Gorge takes nothing from tips.
Yes — all payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Gorge never sees or stores your card number.
Refunds & Cancellations
Once an order is placed you cannot cancel it yourself. If the vendor declines your order, you'll be automatically refunded. For other cancellation requests, contact us at hello@eatgorge.com within 24 hours.
If a vendor declines or doesn't respond to your order within 5 minutes, it's automatically cancelled and you'll receive a full refund. Refunds process within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
Contact us at hello@eatgorge.com within 24 hours with your order details and what went wrong. We handle all disputes fairly and quickly.
Account
Yes — you need a free Gorge account to place orders. You can sign up with your email or continue with Google. It takes less than 1 minute.
Go to your Profile page (tap your name in the top right). You'll see all your past orders with status, amounts, and pickup codes. Tap any order to view its tracking page.
Email us at hello@eatgorge.com and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
